The room was quite small. A bigger space would have improved my stay. The bathroom lacked a proper door. It only had a glass partition. This. Also. The ventilation seemed inadequate, the air felt stuffy. It was not very pleasant.

the location is great with easy access to transport. the metro station is very close a real plus. i could leave my bags before check-in for a small fee and after check-out which was convenient. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well.
there was only one electrical outlet in the room for charging my devices.

The location was excellent near public transport. The room was very clean when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I felt well looked after throughout my stay and the service was more than satisfactory (I'm grateful).
The room was quite small, and there was no closet or shelves for storing clothes, somewhat inconvenient for organizing my belongings.

The room was small for two people. Moving around was difficult! There were no extra pillows available, even after requesting them for four nights in a row. The pillows were small and lumpy. Everything seemed to cost extra.
